AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

JusticeAI uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate legal information reports based on the information submitted by users.

You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, outdated information, or biased, offensive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or defamatory language.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JusticeAI disclaims responsibility and liability for any offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate output generated by any AI system used in the service.

All reports, summaries, recommendations, and related materials are provided for informational purposes only, do not constitute legal advice, and are not a substitute for legal representation or advice from a licensed attorney.

By using the service, you accept full responsibility for reviewing, evaluating, and determining how any AI-generated content is used, shared, relied upon, or acted upon.

JusticeAI makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any AI-generated content.

AI technology is continuously evolving, and JusticeAI may update or improve its systems over time. While output quality may improve, no particular result, performance level, or degree of accuracy is guaranteed.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You acknowledge that legal information may change and that our reports reflect information available at the time of generation. You agree to verify all information through official sources before taking action.

Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our reports, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase if you experience any issues.

Data Retention

Reports generated by JusticeAI are stored for 30 days after generation.

After 30 days, the report and its access link automatically expire and are permanently deleted.

You are responsible for downloading or otherwise saving a copy of your report for your own records before it expires.

JusticeAI is not responsible for reports that are not saved before expiration.

Prohibited Uses

  • Using reports to harass, threaten, or stalk any person.
  • Filing frivolous claims or submitting false statements in court or to any government body.
  • Using reports, summaries, or generated content for illegal purposes.

Limitation of Liability

JusticeAI shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our reports. Our reports are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided.
