Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how JusticeAI v3 collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and request a legal information report. We keep data collection limited to what is needed to provide the service.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through our intake form and checkout flow, including:

  • Legal intake form inputs, such as your situation, questions, and related details you provide.
  • Your email address, so we can send your report and service updates.
  • Payment status and transaction details handled through Stripe.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily include it in a form field or message.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes only:

  • Generating your report using AI tools.
  • Delivering your report and related notices by email.
  • Processing payments, refunds, and fraud prevention.
  • Operating, securing, and improving the service in a minimal way.

AI Processing and Subprocessors

JusticeAI uses third-party AI infrastructure to create reports. Specifically, prompts and user inputs are sent to OpenRouter, which routes requests to third-party AI models for processing and report generation. That means the information you enter may be processed by outside AI providers to complete your report.

We use this setup only to generate the requested legal information report. We do not use your intake data to train our own models.

Data Retention

Generated reports are retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted from our systems.

Report access links also expire after 30 days.

Transaction metadata, such as order ID, amount, tier, and timestamps, may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

Personal details provided in the report request are not stored beyond what is needed for report generation and delivery.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. JusticeAI never sees or stores raw card numbers or full card details. Stripe handles the sensitive payment information directly under its own security controls.

Email Delivery

We use a transactional email service to deliver reports and service messages. Your email address is shared with that provider only for sending those messages and related account or delivery notices.

Cookies and Analytics

We use only limited cookies and lightweight analytics, if any, to keep the site working and understand basic usage. We do not run heavy tracking or invasive advertising profiles.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws to request access, deletion, or correction of your personal information.

To make a request, contact us at support@justiceai.legal. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

No Attorney-Client Privilege

JusticeAI provides legal information, not legal representation. Information you submit is notattorney-client privileged and should not be treated as confidential legal advice. Do not submit information you would only share with a licensed attorney.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify users by email or by posting a clear notice on the site.
