Refund Policy

Digital Product
JusticeAI reports are AI-generated digital goods delivered instantly by email. Because the product is created and delivered digitally, refund eligibility is limited to the situations described below.
Before Generation
If payment has been made but report generation has not started yet, you are eligible for a full refund.
After Generation
Once a report has been generated and delivered, refunds are generally not available. The only exceptions are:
- The report was not delivered due to an email failure.
- The report was blank, corrupted, or clearly broken.
- You were charged twice for the same report.
Refund Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests made after that window may be declined because reports and their access records are deleted after 30 days and can no longer be verified.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@justiceai.legal with your order details, including the email address used for purchase and a brief description of the issue.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, contact support first. We are happy to review delivery issues, broken files, and duplicate charges before a chargeback is filed.
Missouri Sales Tax
If a refunded order included applicable Missouri sales tax, that tax amount will also be refunded.
